Job description

We have an outstanding career opportunity for a CNC Machinist to join a leading company located in the Dallas, NC surrounding area. **US Citizenship is required.**

Job Responsibilities:

1. Interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, routings, and specifications to determine machining requirements.

Basic Hiring Criteria:

1. Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a CNC Machinist role.
2. Strong technical aptitude with a basic understanding of mechanical equipment.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
5. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across departments.
7. 3+ years experience operating, setting up, and changing over CNC turning centers (preferably with 2+ axis Okuma experience).
8. Experience with G-Code programming at the machine.
9. Experience using GibbsCAM - preferred.
10. Experience operating machining centers.
