Aerotek in Centennial, CO is hiring CNC Machinists of varying experience levels for multiple openings in a clean, temperature-controlled shop. Roles include setting up and operating CNC mills, lathes, grinders, and speed-cell machines.

You will read blueprints, run programs, and ensure tight tolerances using micrometers and gauges. Shifts are 1st and 2nd, full-time, with pay between $30.00 and $44.00 per hour depending on experience; contract-to-hire after a probationary period.

Responsibilities

Hiring CNC Machinists (CNC & Manual) | Multiple Openings

We are seeking motivated Machinists ranging from entry-level candidates to experienced CNC professionals. This position offers the chance to work in a clean, temperature-controlled manufacturing environment producing high-precision metal components used in advanced machinery and equipment.

Whether you have machining school experience or several years of hands-on CNC programming and setup experience, we have opportunities available across multiple skill levels.

Schedule

Schedule: Full-Time | 1st & 2nd Shift Available

Pay

Pay: $30.00 – $44.00 per hour, depending on experience

Available Shifts

1st Shift

• Monday-Friday
• 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM

2nd Shift

• Monday-Friday
• 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Candidates hired for 2nd shift will train on 1st shift for approximately 1-2 months before transitioning to their assigned schedule.

Job Type & Location

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 – $44.00/hr.
