Jobot in Britton, SD is seeking a CNC Machinist for second shift (Mon-Thu, 3:30pm-2:00am). This global manufacturing company offers a four-day work week, 401k match, PTO, and a strong growth path in a stable environment.

You will operate mills and lathes, read blueprints, and participate in maintenance and multi-machine setup within a supportive team. Eligible candidates must be U.S. workers; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Experience operating mills and/or lathes as a CNC machinist, or completion of a two-year technical program.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Strong communication and collaboration with team members.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Intermediate inspection and measurement skills.
• Fundamental machine setup and operation knowledge.
• Solid math abilities.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Adjusts machine settings, programs, and tooling to ensure finished components meet required specifications.
• Supports junior machinists by assisting with advanced or challenging setups.
• Runs one or more machine tools to efficiently produce high-quality parts.
• Completes routine daily and weekly maintenance on assigned machines.
• Works across multiple machines within the cell as directed by the area manager.
• Sets up and operates machine tools located in the work cell.
• Performs additional tasks as needed to contribute to the team’s and company’s overall success.

Responsibilities
