Requirements

• Completion of a High School Diploma or an equivalent credential.
• Between one and three years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Practical background in the setup and operation of CNC equipment.
• Proficiency in understanding and applying information from technical drawings and instructions.
• Demonstrated experience in the inspection of precision-engineered parts.
• Foundational computer literacy and familiarity with digital production tracking systems.
• Strong focus on precision to help maintain high product quality standards.
• Effective written and spoken communication abilities.
• Capacity to collaborate in a professional manner with team members.
• A background in technical or vocational machining is considered a plus.
• Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
