CNC Machinist

Location: Bensenville, IL

We are seeking experienced CNC Machinists to join our team! We have openings for both Lathe and CNC Mill Machinists on day shifts and 2nd shift (for either lathe, mill, or both).

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate Mazak, DMG Mori, and HAAS machines (lathe and/or mill).
• Perform at least two setups per job and ensure parts meet high-quality standards.
• Run parts after inspection approval and maintain machine efficiency.
• Prepare tools, adjust offsets, and follow manager-assigned grids.
• Assist team members with setups, tool changes, and training (for 2nd shift).
  
  

Qualifications:

• 5-10+ years of experience in CNC machine setup and operation (lathe or mill).
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and blueprint reading.
• Ability to independently perform machine setups.
• Experience with tool preparation, measuring tools, and inspection.
• Excellent communication skills, especially for the 2nd shift role.
  
  

Nice-to-Have:

• Programming experience (Mastercam preferred but not required).
• Ability to work with both lathe and mill machines.
