Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to manufacture precision parts.
  • Load raw materials, adjust machine settings, and verify production accuracy.
  • Perform machine changeovers and optimize production efficiency.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
  • Select tools, fixtures, and machining methods for each project.
  • Ensure finished components meet dimensional and tolerance requirements.
  • Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Perform in-process inspections to maintain product quality.
  • Identify and report quality concerns while assisting with corrective actions.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
  • Maintain clean and organized workstations.
  • Report equipment issues requiring repair or preventive maintenance.
  • Follow all workplace safety procedures and manufacturing standards.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to improve manufacturing processes.

Position Responsibilities
CNC Machine Operation
