Job summary

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates CNC vertical and horizontal machines.
• Interprets blueprints, drawings and setup sheets.
• Uses calipers, micrometers, and height gauges to verify part dimensions.
• Removes and replaces dull cutting tools following safety protocols.
• Monitors machines for irregular sounds and notifies supervisors as needed.
• Maintains safety policies and uses PPE consistently.
• Regular attendance on-site required.
