Job summary

Hybron is seeking a CNC Machining Technician to join our El Segundo shop. This role covers setting up and operating CNC vertical mills (and lathes based on experience), running programs, performing first-piece inspections, and ensuring parts meet tolerances.

You’ll collaborate with engineers on process improvements and contribute to a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of CNC machining experience, can read engineering drawings and GD&T, and is

Qualifications

• Two or more years CNC machining experience or related apprenticeship.
• Able to read engineering drawings, tolerances and GD&T.
• Proficient with inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, indicators).

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC vertical mills; operate lathes if trained.
• Run released CNC programs for molds, tooling and components.
• Load tools, establish offsets, verify setups before machining.
• Perform first-piece, in-process and final inspections.
• Maintain accuracy of job records and inspection data.
