ALIGN PRECISION in Horsham, PA seeks an experienced Production Manager, Second Shift, to lead CNC machining and secondary manufacturing operations at a state‑of‑the‑art facility. This senior leader will drive safety, quality, delivery, and continuous improvement during the critical second shift, partnering with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth shift transitions and strong performance.

Qualifications

10+ years of manufacturing experience in a precision machining environment.
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in CNC machining or advanced manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes, tooling, setup reduction, process control.
Experience leading Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for leadership at all levels.

Responsibilities

Lead second-shift CNC machining, EDM, deburring, cleaning and assembly operations.
Drive safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance metrics.
Develop high-performing teams and coach for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and HR to ensure production readiness.
Ensure production schedules align with customer commitments and shifts coordinate effectively.
