Qualifications

• 10+ years in manufacturing within a precision machining environment.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience managing CNC machining or advanced manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of CNC machining processes, tooling, setup reduction, process control, and manufacturing constraints.
• Proven experience leading Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Manufacturing/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead second-shift safety, quality, delivery, productivity, cost, and people development as the senior manufacturing leader.
• Drive daily production execution, translate requirements into priorities, and maintain on-time delivery.
• Coach and develop a high-performing manufacturing team, fostering accountability and engagement.
• Champion Lean and continuous improvement initiatives; implement root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Production Control, Program Management, Finance, Maintenance, and HR.
