Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of prior experience in machining roles.
• Specific knowledge of CNC programming, machine setup and process troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of measurement and GD&T standards.
• Verbal and written communication skills to internal standards.
• Good software skills, including MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Operate machining equipment to produce correct parts on time per process docs.
• Measure parts with appropriate tools and ensure conformance to prints.
• Perform operator-level maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Verify stock and materials throughout the process.
• Set up jobs safely, select tooling, and adjust controls.
• Support in resolving machining and programming issues.
