Location: Manitowoc, WI

Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)

Competitive pay based on experience + shift premium for 2nd shift

What You’ll Do

Machine Setup and Operation: Configure CNC machines, primarily mills, for specific production tasks, ensuring proper tool installation and calibration
Material Handling: Load raw materials into machines safely and efficiently
Quality Control: Follow first piece inspection guidelines using precision measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers to ensure they meet specifications per the blueprint
Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and conduct inspections to keep machines in optimal working condition
Safety Compliance: Follow strict safety protocols and ensure a clean and safe work environment
Collaboration: Work with other team members to meet production schedules and department goals
