Job summary

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in CNC machining or manufacturing.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Familiarity with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and manufacturing software systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily CNC machining support to meet production goals.
- Assist setup verification and tooling changes.
- Coordinate machine readiness to minimize downtime.
- Develop and maintain work instructions and process records.
- Support quality initiatives and safety compliance.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects.
