Next Industries is seeking skilled Machine Tools Field Services Technicians for Michigan and Kentucky. You will troubleshoot and repair CNC machines, perform installations and preventative maintenance, and support customers on-site with professionalism.
Ideal candidates have a CNC background with 5+ years of repair experience and familiarity with Fanuc/Mitsubishi/Siemens/Heidenhain controls. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are required.
Next Industries is currently seeking Machine Tools Field Services (CNC Machine Repair) Technicians in Michigan and Kentucky.
Job Description
Responsible for day-to-day field services including but not limited to troubleshooting & repair, installations, predictive & preventive maintenance, etc.
Accountability:
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are types of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Potential candidates must be able to successfully complete service calls and excel beyond that of our competitors. The Applicant must be able to manage customer relationships coupled with improved satisfaction, and willing to be measured by such. Additionally, this individual must be organized, motivated and a self-starter.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
A CNC technical background is required with a proven track record of no less than 5 years in machine repair desired. The ideal candidate would also have a working knowledge of Fanuc and Mitsubishi controls &/or Siemens & Heidenhain. Prior experience on the following machine tools and disciplines are a plus:
Hyundai Wia & Kitamura Machine Tool, Mechanics, Ball-Bar Testing, 4th/5th Axis integrations
