Job summary

Composite Factory in Mooresville, NC, is seeking a CNC Machine Shop Technician II to set up, operate, and maintain CNC and manual equipment for high-quality composite and metallic parts. You will work with GD&T, read blueprints, and ensure adherence to SOPs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• GD&T understanding and blueprint reading are required.
• Strong math skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Experience with CNC machining and basic machining processes.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines and load/unload tooling.
• Program, adjust, and troubleshoot CNC parameters.
• Read engineering drawings and apply GD&T.
• Inspect parts with calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
• Maintain machines and conduct preventative maintenance.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate supply needs.
