Qualifications

• Entry-level role; prior composite manufacturing or CNC machining experience is helpful but not required.
• Reliable attendance, a positive attitude, and attention to detail are essential.
• Willingness to learn composite production and CNC support tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as described in the physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of composite materials, molds, tools, and work areas.
• Support composite kit preparation, layup, infusion, finishing, and assembly activities.
• Help cut, organize, label, and stage materials for production.
• Follow work instructions, drawings, travelers, and supervisor direction.
• Maintain clean and organized production areas.
• Handle parts and materials carefully to support quality requirements.
• Support CNC machining operations under supervision.
• Load, unload, clean, deburr, and organize machined parts.
• Assist with material staging, fixture preparation, tool organization, and shop housekeeping.
• Remove chips, clean machines and work areas, and support coolant and basic machine-area maintenance.
• Help inspect parts using basic measurement tools as trained.
• Support machine operators and machinists with non-programming production tasks.
• Follow safety procedures around CNC equipment, cutting tools, moving machinery, and material handling.
