Qualifications

• Experience operating machining equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of quality inspection and measuring tools.
• Lean manufacturing mindset and preferred medical device background.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple machines and perform basic machining functions.
• Set up jobs, load programs, and verify tool alignment with fixtures.
• Monitor programs, detect malfunctions, and adjust as needed.
• Complete inspection documents and maintain quality records.
• Perform grinding/buffing and use CMM to verify dimensions.
