Alamo Structural Steel, LLC in Texas is seeking a Machine Operator to set up and operate drill lines, brake presses, burn tables, and other fabrication equipment. You will read blueprints, adjust settings, and ensure quality while meeting safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Six months of experience operating various types of production machinery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect materials before, during, and after processing to ensure quality control of the finished product.
• Read and interpret written instructions from manufacturing work orders and cut-sheets.
• Ensure machines are operating properly and safely.
• Provide basic maintenance to the machine(s) to properly operate.
• Prepare materials to be processed and mounted coil in the hub.
• Operate hoists and check periodically to plan preventative maintenance assigned to the truck production functions.
• Runs full diagnosis and treatment of faults and/or situations that affect the functioning of the designated machine.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Complies with Company and OSHA policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
