Job Position: CNC Machine Operator

Location: Walworth, WI 53184

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr

Shift:Day shift, Tues, Wed, Fri, 5:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

CNC Machine Operator Duties and Responsibilities

• Studies drawings and specifications to determine setup and tooling requirements.

• Calculates and sets controls to regulate machining factors such as speed, feed and depth of cut, according to established guidelines and procedures.

• Starts and observes machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining, and adjusts machine controls as required.

CNC Machine Operator Qualifications and Requirements

• CNC experience preferred but not required (willing to train the right candidate).

• Must be flexible to work the scheduled production shift assigned. The main CNC shift is 5:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. three days per week.

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

• Must possess strong basic math skills and be mechanically inclined.

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
