Job summary
Greiner Industries is hiring CNC Machine Operators (Plasma/Laser) to run our plasma table and laser cutting systems in a fast-paced steel fabrication environment. Entry-level with machine operating experience and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply, with a $2,500 new hire bonus and a 2nd shift differential of 15%.
You will read blueprints, set up machines, monitor operations, verify parts, and document production details while keeping safety and quality a top priority.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or fabrication experience preferred.
- Experienced with cutting, grinding, and fabrication equipment.
- Able to mount, load, and safely handle large materials using cranes and other lifting equipment.
- Knowledge of crane rigging and experience working with large parts is a plus.
- Able to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and product specifications.
- Strong math and measurement skills with attention to detail.
- Able to set equipment controls and monitor machines to ensure accurate cuts.
- Experienced in inspecting completed work and measuring dimensions to verify conformance to specifications.
- Able to identify equipment malfunctions and work with others to resolve production or equipment issues.
- Committed to workplace safety, quality workmanship, and teamwork.

You’ll work in a fast-paced steel fabrication environment, producing high-quality parts to customer specifications while maintaining a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and quality. Entry-level with machine operating experience and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply!
- Operate CNC plasma and laser cutting equipment to produce steel components
