The position runs Fri–Sun, 5:00 AM–5:00 PM. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of CNC machining experience, and hands-on metal-cutting expertise.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of CNC machining experience required.
• Hands-on experience cutting/machining metals.
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings and production instructions.
• Experience with machine changeovers and tooling offsets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple CNC and conventional machines used for cutting and machining metal components.
• Perform machine changeovers, including fixture, tooling, and program changes.
• Make CNC tool and coordinate offsets and monitor tooling throughout production.
• Operate multi-axis CNC equipment and multiple machines simultaneously.
• Use precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMMs to inspect parts.
• Follow technical drawings, blueprints, work instructions, and production specifications.

• Operate multi-axis CNC equipment and multiple machines simultaneously

Requirements

Important: Candidates with CNC experience primarily involving bending, punching, or forming operations without metal-cutting/machining experience may not be the best fit for this position.
