Job summary

Manufacturing Partners Incorporated is seeking a CNC Machine Operator II to maintain average set ups on CNC machines, make offsets to keep parts in print tolerances, and perform in-process inspection of daily production parts. You will complete all level 1 requirements prior to transferring to level II.

Essential duties include basic blueprint reading, using micrometers and dial calipers, maintaining efficiency and quality, and ensuring tools are handled properly.

Qualifications

• Basic blueprint reading is required.
• Ability to use common inspection equipment: micrometer, dial vernier caliper, plug gauges, test indicators, depth mics, etc.
• Maintain efficiency and quality on assigned machines.
• Complete level 1 requirements before transferring to level II.

Responsibilities

• Maintain average set ups on CNC machines.
• In process inspection of daily production parts.
• Notify shift lead if quality problems or machine issues arise.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area during shift.
• Follow safety guidelines and MPI policies.
