Schulte Staffing is seeking a CNC Machine Operator II for a growing precision manufacturing company on the North Shore. The role offers a stable first-shift schedule and opportunities for long-term growth. Pay rate ranges from $25 to $30 per hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities include setting up and operating CNC machines, reading blueprints, inspecting parts, maintaining records, and ensuring safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Technical or vocational schooling helpful.
• 5-10 years of manufacturing/CNC machining experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate CNC machine tools per procedures and production standards.
• Perform repetitive production machining operations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, drawings, and work instructions.
• Inspect machined parts to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain computerized and/or manual production records.
• Transmit and receive CNC programs.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.
• Perform additional production duties as assigned.
