Job summary

Manufacturing Partners Incorporated is seeking a CNC Machine Operator II for our Minnesota facility. You will maintain average set ups on CNC machines, read blueprints, and perform in-process inspections to ensure parts meet print tolerances.

200 hours of machine shop schooling or 1 year of comparable experience is preferred. New hires can earn up to $27.60 per hour, with a 15% shift differential based on experience.

Qualifications

• One-year minimum experience on similar machines or 200 hours of machine shop schooling.
• Ability to read blueprints and use inspection equipment.
• Follow MPI safety policies and maintain quality.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and perform basic inspection.
• Operate CNC machines and maintain set ups to keep parts in print tolerances.
• Use micrometers and calipers for in-process inspection.
• Maintain machine efficiency and ensure high quality output.
• Keep work area clean and adhere to safety guidelines.
