Qualifications

• Ability to operate more than one machine during a shift.
• Ability to use micrometers and calipers.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and operate tools and machinery per SOPs and safety protocols.
• Perform tool changes and minor adjustments.
• Operate one or more CNC machines during a shift.
• Load and unload parts in CNC machines.
• Inspect parts with calipers and gauges.
• Follow computer instructions and quality guidelines.
• Follow safety procedures and practices.
• Meet production rates.
• Operate equipment per ISO 9001 standards.
