Job summary

Dynamic Manufacturing, Inc is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join our growing team in Hillside, IL. The role focuses on manufacturing parts per plant specifications with accuracy and timeliness, while adhering to quality policies and safety standards.

You will operate CNC machines daily, record production, inspect tooling and parts, and assist the team leader. The position requires 2–5 years of related experience, the ability to work overtime and various shifts, and good English communication.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years related experience required.
• Basic computer/technical skills.
• Capable of lifting/pushing/pulling up to 30 pounds.
• Able to stand, walk and reach for 8 hours or more.
• Willing to work overtime and any shift.
• Communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Complies with all quality policies, specifications, regulations and instructions
• Visually inspects parts to assure conformance with standards and customer requirements
• Inspect tooling for wear and damage
• Properly and safely operate equipment, record production daily
• Operate one or more CNC machines daily while maintaining all quality safety requirements
• Properly and safely Load / Unload Machine, record production daily, identify and isolate non-conforming product, and assist the team leader
• Job description is not all inclusive and the employee will also perform other reasonably related business duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:
