Job summary

Dynamic Manufacturing, Inc is hiring a CNC Machine Operator to join our growing team. The CNC Machine Operator is responsible for the manufacture of parts per plant specifications in an accurate and timely manner.

Duties include inspecting parts, loading/unloading machines, recording production daily, and working with the team to meet quality and safety requirements. We offer advancement opportunities, tuition reimbursement, weekly pay, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• 2 years related experience required.
• Basic computer/technical skills.
• Capable of lifting/pushing/pulling up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk and reach 8 hours or more.
• Willing to work overtime and as required.
• Willing to work any shift as necessary.
• Communicate and understand work instructions in English.
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude.
• Keep work areas neat, clean, and organized.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Complies with all quality policies and instructions.
• Visually inspects parts for conformance to standards.
• Inspect tooling for wear and damage.
• Properly and safely operate equipment, record production daily.
• Operate CNC machines daily while maintaining safety standards.
• Load/unload machine, record production, identify non-conforming product, assist team leader.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Complies with all quality policies, specifications, regulations and instructions
• Visually inspects parts to assure conformance with standards and customer requirements
• Inspect tooling for wear and damage
• Properly and safely operate equipment, record production daily,
• Operate one or more CNC machines daily while maintaining all quality safety requirements
• Properly and safely Load / Unload Machine, record production daily, identify and isolate non-conforming product, and assist the team leader
