Job summary

Dynamic Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join our growing team in Hillside, IL. You will manufacture parts per plant specifications, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2 years related CNC/machining experience.

• Stand/walk 8 hours or more; overtime and shift flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Complies with quality policies, specifications and instructions.
• Visually inspects parts for conformance to standards.
• Inspect tooling for wear and damage.
• Safely operate equipment and record production daily.
• Load/Unload machines and identify non-conforming product; assist team leader.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Dynamic Manufacturing, Inc is hiring a CNC Machine Operator to join our growing team! The CNC Machine Operator is responsible for the manufacture of parts per plant specifications in an accurate and timely manner.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Complies with all quality policies, specifications, regulations and instructions
• Visually inspects parts to assure conformance with standards and customer requirements
• Inspect tooling for wear and damage
• Properly and safely operate equipment, record production daily,
• Operate one or more CNC machines daily while maintaining all quality safety requirements
• Properly and safely Load / Unload Machine, record production daily, identify and isolate non-conforming product, and assist the team leader
• Job description is not all inclusive and the employee will also perform other reasonably related business duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

• 2 years related experience required
• Basic computer/technical skills
• Capable of lifting/pushing/pulling up to 30 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk and reach with hands and arms 8 hours or more
• Willing and able to work overtime and as required
• Willing to work any shift as necessary
• Communicate and understand work instructions both verbally and written in English
• Strong work ethic / Positive attitude / Self-motivated
• Keep work areas neat, clean, and organized
• High school diploma or equivalent
