UFP Industries, Inc. currently seeks a CNC Machine Operator in Windsor, CO to execute CNC tool operations and fixture setups for precise lumber and nonferrous material machining.

You will touch off tools, register programs, and perform tool changes while maintaining safety and quality standards. The role requires a high school diploma and at least 1 year of CNC experience, with preference for FANUC controls.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• At least 1 year of CNC machine tool experience.
• FANUC CNC experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of math and Cartesian coordinate systems.
• Must understand and interpret MACHINE CODE for FANUC CNC machines.
• Proficient with computer equipment.
• Must be 18 years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Set up fixtures, jigs, spoil boards, and tooling to perform machining.
• Touch off tools and register CNC programs to meet specs.
• Change tools and manage tooling for safety and efficiency.
• Use touch probes, calibration programs, and height gauges for tool setup.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area and production records.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance and participate in safety programs.
