Job summary

Dart Machinery, a Race Winning Brands company in Warren, Michigan, is seeking Machine Operators for 1st and 2nd shift. You will operate production equipment, burr parts, inspect items, and prepare finished goods. Training is provided for solid work history and CNC exposure.

Key duties include tool changes, following SOPs, and using precision measuring tools to ensure part quality. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential for a clean, safe, and efficient work area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years’ experience with CNC equipment or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Familiar with measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, digital height gauges) and blueprints.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to interact with management and staff.

Responsibilities

• Set up, hand load, change tools and toolsets.
• Follow work instructions and SOPs.
• Use measurement techniques for each part family.
• Maintain machine/tooling in good order and clean work area.
• Communicate issues to appropriate personnel.
• Assist with others as assigned.
