Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a detail-oriented CNC/SMC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The role involves operating and maintaining CNC machinery to produce high-quality parts that meet customer specifications, with emphasis on safety and accuracy.

This 2nd shift position (2:00pm–10:30pm, Mon–Fri with weekend OT) includes training on 1st/2nd shifts and may require cross-training on other CNC machines.

Qualifications

• Experience with CNC routing/press equipment preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and manufacturing drawings.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.

Responsibilities

• Load raw materials up to 45 lbs into machine cradle.
• Set up and operate production machines per procedures.
• Read and interpret blueprints and BOMs.
• Record production data for good and scrap parts.
• Identify and report defects to supervisor.
• Troubleshoot and calibrate equipment as needed.
• Maintain inventory at workstations.
• Follow MSDS and safety guidelines.
