Job summary

Daifuku North America is hiring a Machine Operator in Hobart, IN for a 2nd shift (1:30am–10:00pm). You will operate CNC machines to cut and build rollers, read blueprints, and measure parts. Must read tape measures, maintain a clean work area, and follow safety rules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Measuring and setting up machines to manufacture a high volume of parts.
• Performing machine shop and mold press operations to support Assembly.
• Detecting defective materials and reporting to the manager.
• Maintaining the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition.
• Following safety regulations.
• Performing preventative maintenance on machines.
