Delva Tool & Machine is an AS9100 Rev D certified precision shop in Cinnaminson, NJ, producing components for aerospace and defense programs including PAC-3. We hold tolerances to +/-0.0002" across aluminum, titanium, stainless, and tool steels. Our facility runs Vertical Mills, Lathes, Swiss Lathes, and Mazak 5-axis horizontals with robotic loaders and automated pallet systems across two shifts. This is not a job shop producing random widgets. The parts you run end up in fielded defense systems, and the quality bar reflects that.

$23.00 - $37.50/hr ($47,840 - $78,000/yr) depending on level and experience. The range already includes the 2nd-shift differential. 2nd shift (nights), Monday through Friday.
