Position Overview

Are you looking for a hands‑on role where you can put your CNC skills to work in a friendly, team‑oriented environment? We're on the hunt for a CNC Operator to join our production crew! This could be the perfect opportunity if you have 2-3 years of experience and are comfortable working with CNC machines. In this role, you'll help us create high‑quality parts while keeping things running smoothly on the shop floor. If you enjoy working with your hands, problem‑solving, and being part of a team that gets the job done, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do
  • Operate easy‑to‑use CNC machines to cut, drill, and shape materials.
  • Read simple blueprints and work instructions (nothing too complex—just the essentials!).
  • Load raw materials, make minor machine adjustments, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools (we’ll show you the ropes if needed!).
  • Keep your work area clean and follow all safety guidelines (because safety comes first!).
  • Work with your teammates to troubleshoot any minor machine issues.
