Stevens Industries, Inc. is hiring Machine Operators for 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts in Teutopolis, IL. Starting pay ranges from $20–$25/hour for 1st shift and $24–$30/hour for 2nd/3rd shifts. You will operate saws, drills, banding machines, and CNC machinery, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety across production lines.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC machinery or other production equipment.
• Ability to read work orders, blueprints, and specifications.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing assignments and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain production machinery.

As a Machine Operator, you’ll operate equipment such as saws, drills, banding machines, and CNC machinery, while helping ensure our products meet the highest standards for quality, efficiency, and safety.

What You’ll Do
