Job summary

Stevens Industries, Inc. is seeking Machine Operators on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. Starting wages range from $20–$25/hour on 1st shift and $24–$30/hour on 2nd/3rd shifts, with pay based on experience and shift.

You will operate saws, drills, banding machines, and CNC machinery to produce high-quality products. You will set up and operate production machinery, monitor quality, read work orders and blueprints, troubleshoot issues, and support team members while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC machinery or other production equipment.
• Ability to read work orders, blueprints, and specifications.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing assignments and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain production machinery.
• Monitor product quality and make adjustments when needed.
• Troubleshoot equipment and production issues.
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and specifications.
• Assist other operators and team members.

As a Machine Operator, you’ll operate equipment such as saws, drills, banding machines, and CNC machinery, while helping ensure our products meet the highest standards for quality, efficiency, and safety.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
