Cox Manufacturingis seeking reliable individuals to join a small, efficient team across all shifts. Machine Operators who enjoy hands-on work and problem-solving will thrive in this dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC or automated Lathe machines to produce high-precision and complex parts
• Read and interpret blueprints
• Troubleshoot machine issues, adjust settings, and ensure machines are running smoothly
• Monitor and maintain tight tolerances while ensuring the quality of precision-machined parts
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve processes, efficiency, and performance
• Ensure machine calibration and tooling changes are completed as required to maintain product quality

Compensation:

• Shift Differential applies when you are on the 2nd or 3rd shift.
• No experience starts at $18.00 and goes up based on experience

Shift Schedule:

• 1stshift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• 2nd shift Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• 3rdshift: Monday – Friday, 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• NOTE: you will transition to either 2nd or 3rd shift after 3-6 months of training on 1stshift.
