Job Description Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our dynamic team in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process, ensuring precision and quality in every component produced. Responsibilities

1. Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.
2. Proficient in the use of inspecting tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
3. Set up and operate CNC 4/5-axis vertical/horizontal milling machines.
4. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
5. Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
6. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
7. Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to specifications.
8. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols at all times.
9. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining.
2. Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator or similar role.
3. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents and blueprints.
4. Strong understanding of CNC machinery and tooling.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
7. Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing environment.

Salary info:

$22 - $30 / hr
