Dynatect Manufacturing, a global leader in engineered motion control, is seeking a CNC Machine Operator in New Berlin, WI. You will operate CNC lathes and milling machines, set up jobs, load materials, and inspect parts to ensure quality and precision in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor CNC lathes and milling machines
• Set up jobs, load materials, and adjust tooling as needed
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Perform in‑process inspections using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
• Maintain quality standards and ensure parts meet specifications
