Dynatect Manufacturing, a global leader in engineered motion control, is seeking a CNC Machine Operator in New Berlin, WI. You will operate CNC lathes and milling machines, set up jobs, load materials, and inspect parts to ensure quality and precision in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of CNC operator experience or a machining degree/certificate.
• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions.
• Strong attention to quality and precision.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor CNC lathes and milling machines
• Set up jobs, load materials, and adjust tooling
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
• Perform in-process inspections using calipers and micrometers
• Maintain quality standards and meet specifications
