Are you an experienced CNC Machine Operator looking for a long-term opportunity with a company that values hard work, quality, and growth? Staffmark is partnering with a leading manufacturer and distributor of power transmission products in Muncie, IN, to hire a CNC Machine Operator for a temp-to-hire role. Join a small, family-owned company with a strong reputation and supportive work culture!

Pay Rate: $17.00/hour

Shifts Available:

1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

*Must be available to train on 1st shift if required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload parts on CNC machines, assembly fixtures, and conveyors


• Perform routine quality checks and verify accuracy using calipers and micrometers


• Monitor machines for maintenance needs and product quality


• Pack, label, and secure finished parts for transport


• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED


• 6 months to 1 year of prior CNC machine operation experience


• Ability to use micrometers, calipers, and read blueprints


• Basic math and reading skills


• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts
