Starting Wage: Competitive wages dependent upon experience with an additional $4 shift differential available.

Primary Purpose of Role:

As a Machine Operator, you will set up and operate various CNC and manual metal fabricating equipment to produce components according to specific requirements. Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and precision of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Setup: Mount, align, and secure tooling, attachments, and workpieces on machines for optimal performance.
2. Tool Selection: Select and install cutting tools in the machine spindle to meet project specifications.
3. Maintenance: Clean machines and tooling to maintain operational efficiency and safety.
4. Measurement: Measure and verify parts against blueprints and specifications using various measurement equipment.
5. Monitoring: Continuously monitor machines to ensure they operate safely and efficiently.
6. Attention to Detail: Utilize gauges and tools with precision, maintaining a strong focus on quality.
