Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC lathes and Swiss-style CNC machines to machine precision components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and setup sheets.
• Perform machine setup, tool changes, and basic program adjustments.
• Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure tolerance compliance.
• Work with CNC controls such as Fanuc, Haas, and Okuma.
• Load/unload materials and maintain efficient workflow.
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Maintain production output and efficiency targets.
• Accurately document work orders, inspections, and production data.
• Perform routine maintenance and ensure machines are clean and operational.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.

Physical Demands:

• Lift, carry, push, and/or pull 1-50 lbs. frequently
• Squat/kneel, bend/stoop, crawl, twist/turn, grasp, and reach overhead and outward frequently
• Sit, stand, and walk for 1-10 hours per day
• Work in a fast-paced industrial environment wearing hearing protection, eye protection, steel-toed shoes, and other appropriate protective clothing
