Sorinex Exercise Equipment Inc in Lexington, SC is urgently hiring for a CNC Swiss Lathe Operator to join our precision machining team. The role focuses on operating Swiss-style CNC lathes and producing high-quality components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates will have experience with Swiss CNC machines and controls (Fanuc/Haas/Okuma), be detail-focused, and able to work independently to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• Experience reading blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to troubleshoot minor machining issues and make basic machine adjustments.
• Experience operating Swiss CNC machines strongly preferred.
• Previous experience as a Swiss Machine Operator, CNC Lathe Operator, Machine Operator or Equipment Operator.

Responsibilities

• Operate Swiss-style CNC lathes to manufacture precision components.
• Utilize Fanuc, Haas, and Okuma CNC controls to perform machining operations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
• Set up and run jobs from established programs and print drawings.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment to verify specifications and tolerances.
• Perform tool changes and basic machine adjustments as needed.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished parts.
• Meet daily production schedules while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
• Perform routine machine maintenance.
