Essential Personnel is seeking a CNC Machine Operator in the Hastings area. The ideal candidate can follow instructions, work independently, and maintain excellent attendance in a manufacturing setting.

You will operate CNC equipment, read calipers/scales, troubleshoot issues, and read blueprints. Responsibilities include loading/unloading machines and ensuring quality output with safety compliance.
