Job summary

Titan Production Equipment, LLC is seeking an experienced machinist/operator to produce machined parts for production equipment from various metals, following drawings and blueprints. The role involves setting up and operating plasma and oxy-fuel torches, beveling, and reading tape measures to precise specifications.

Responsibilities include crane-assisted loading, shell and head layout, and adherence to safety and quality standards in a dynamic production environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or equal combination of education and experience.
• Five (5) years machine operating experience.
• CNC software experience.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and layouts from sketches, drawings, and/or blueprints.
• Operate plasma and oxy-fuel torches for beveling and cutting.
• Operate triple torch/oxyfuel beveler and plasma bevel head up to specified dimensions.
• Use overhead crane to load/unload shells.
• Read a tape measure and layout shell geometry.

Position Summary: Produces machined parts for production equipment from a variety of metals to specification by operating machining equipment. Fabricates precision parts for prototype equipment and fixtures working from sketches, drawings, and/or blueprints.

Job Description

HGG – Computer experience , read blueprints . measure with tape measure and strapping tape. How to calculate degrees to layout shell , and layout heads, Experience cutting with plasma and oxy fuel torches. Operating crane to load & unload shells. Range 8”od to 96” id vessels. Machine has one 400 plasma torch and one oxy fuel torch. Has one shell profile station and head profile station.
Operate Triple Torch/OxyFuel Beveler
Operate Plasma Bevel Head: Up to 1.5 inches
Overhead Crane Experience (Loading and Unloading Table)
Able to read blue prints
Able to use and read a tape measure
