Are you an experienced CNC Machine Operator ready to take your skills to the next level? Advantage Technical is hiring for a key role in Beverly, MA, offering competitive pay and the opportunity to work on high-precision components in a collaborative and well-equipped environment.

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay: Up to $28/hour (based on experience)

As a CNC Machine Operator, you'll be responsible for manufacturing and inspecting high-precision products of varying complexity. You'll set up and operate CNC machinery, follow production standards, and ensure parts meet quality requirements. This role requires attention to detail, technical competence, and a commitment to craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate various CNC machines per company standards
• Follow blueprints, work instructions, and sketches to complete machining tasks
• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
• Transmit/receive CNC programs and maintain production records (manual or computerized)
• Follow shop safety policies and employee expectations
• Perform other duties as assigned
  
  

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Prior CNC machining experience (required)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and documents
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
• General computer proficiency
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Capable of lifting/moving up to 50 lbs and performing physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and reaching
• Visual acuity to inspect machined parts
