Job summary

Lakeland Manufacturing in Alexandria, MN, part of Marmon Holdings, is seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to produce precision components on CNC lathes and mills.

You will read blueprints, measure parts with calipers and micrometers, and uphold safety and quality standards in a four-day daylight schedule.

We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus, competitive pay $20-$29 per hour and a strong growth path within the Marmon family.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC lathes, mills, or other manufacturing equipment.

We are looking for individuals with machining or manufacturing experience who take pride in producing quality work. If you are an experienced CNC skilled Machine Operator looking to grow your career, we want to hear from you.

Compensation

$20.00 - $29.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to work safely around moving machinery and production equipment.
