Lakeland Manufacturing Inc. in Alexandria, MN is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join our daylight shift (Mon-Thu, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM) and help produce precision machined components.

A $3,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates and the four-day work week offers a strong work-life balance. We value those with machining experience who read blueprints, use calipers and micrometers, and take pride in quality, safety, and teamwork.

Since 1989, Lakeland Manufacturing has been producing precision machined components for customers across a variety of industries. Compensation

$20.00 - $29.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated skills.

What We're Looking For Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC lathes, mills, or other manufacturing equipment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to work safely around moving machinery and production equipment.
