Lakeland Manufacturing, part of Marmon Holdings, is seeking a CNC Machine Operator in Alexandria, MN. This role features a four-day daylight schedule, a $3,000 sign-on bonus, and compensation of $20.00–$29.00 per hour based on experience and skills.

Since 1989, Lakeland Manufacturing has been producing precision machined components for customers across a variety of industries. We are looking for individuals with machining or manufacturing experience who take pride in producing quality work. If you are an experienced CNC skilled Machine Operator looking to grow your career, we want to hear from you.

Compensation $20.00 - $29.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to work safely around moving machinery and production equipment.
